Job Type: AVP Service & Sales Professional
Description: The Service & Sales Professional develops objectives, policies, procedures, and programs for the service and sales activities of University Credit Union. This team member plans, directs, and coordinates the efforts of improved services and sales toward the accomplishment of overall objectives as a part of an active, member driven “World Class” service and sales culture. Performs all duties in conformance with University Credit Union policy, all federal and state laws, and all BSA / AML rules and regulations.
Education/Experience: 4 year college degree with 5 years of proven, successful service and sales leadership experience required.
Additional Info: Ability to implement service and sales procedure decisions through diplomatic and effective working relationships, while maintaining order in an environment of changing priorities along with superior communication, staff development, team building, and organizational skills are required.
