Inactive Accounts!
To avoid unnecessary fees, please be sure that you make a transaction (deposit or withdrawal) on your accounts at least once within a two year period. Your account will be charged a $5.00 per month fee after two years of inactivity.
If there is no activity on your account for a period of five years, it must be closed and escheated to the State of Florida , which becomes the custodian of these funds. All financial institutions are required to escheat these accounts by state statute.
